Company Listing

Attendees register for The Motivation Show to make contacts… before, during and after the Show.  Make sure your FREE online exhibitor listing is complete.  Act Today!

The Online Exhibit Planner will go live September 1, 2013.  Attendees will be reviewing this information to plan their Show participation, so be sure to submit your 700-character company description and indicate which product/service categories your company should be listed under. 

Here is how to add your description and select your categories:

1. Click here or copy this link: http://iebms.heiexpo.com/iebms/oep/oep_p1_exhibitors.aspx?oc=06&ct=OEP&eventid=5030

2. Select the “Profile Editor” link from under “Exhibitor Services”.

3. Enter the main contact’s email address and then click on “Send password to my e-mail” This will email the password to that address. Passwords will come from helpiebms@heiexpo.com, so please be sure your email will accept messages from helpiebms@heiexpo.com. 

4. After receiving the password via email, please return to the “Sign In” screen, enter the main contact's email address and the password - be sure the “Edit account after logon” box is checked to update contact information and then click on “Sign In To Account.”  If you enter any email address other than the one on file, you will not be able to access to the Profile Editor. 
    
5. Your company name will appear on the next screen. Click on your company name. You can now enter/edit your company description (700 character limit) and select the product/service categories that best fit your company. Be sure to hit the “Save Profile” button at the bottom of the screen in order to save your edits.
    
6. The email address you logged on with will receive an email confirmation of the profile change. Confirmations will come from helpiebms@heiexpo.com, so please be sure your email will accept messages from helpiebms@heiexpo.com. 

7. IMPORTANT: If you do not receive the email confirmation, your changes were not accepted.
