Announcing The Motivation Show (IT&ME) Hosted Buyer Program!
A new opportunity for qualified buyers to visit North America’s leading incentive and recognition industry event, enjoy complimentary accommodations and other benefits, while networking with key international and domestic suppliers.
Qualifying Criteria: To qualify for this program, you must be an active buyer of meeting, incentive, conference, convention or other group travel programs (this includes Corporate End-Buyers, Incentive and Meeting Planners, and other Travel Resellers) and you must provide information on your purchasing authority, annual budget, previous programs, and potential for future business.
Hosted Buyers are required to attend eight (8) pre-scheduled appointments with program sponsors on Tuesday and Wednesday during The Motivation Show in order to receive the following benefits. Click here to view a video tutorial of the Face Time Appointment Scheduler for planners.
Hosted Buyers will receive the following benefits:
- Local transfers between airport, official hotels and McCormick Place
- Complimentary hotel accommodations for two (2) nights
- Complimentary Exhibit Hall registration for all three days
- Complimentary Full-Conference registration to attend all education sessions of your choice
- Access to the exclusive Hosted Buyer lounge on the exhibit floor providing refreshments and internet access
- Access to hospitality functions and networking events sponsored by participating organizations
Deadline to apply online is July 30, 2009.
Note: Applicants will be selected based on their verified buying history and their geographical representation. Applications must be received at The Motivation Show (IT&ME) Hosted Buyer Office by July 30 to be considered. Qualified applicants who do NOT receive Hosted Buyer status will receive complimentary Exhibit Hall registration (a $20.00 value) and a 50% discount off of the Full-Conference registration ($145 value) upon notification.
